The shoe is being retuned. I have been searching for a braided strap sandal and I was excited to receive this pair from Dolce Vita Maren. However, the strap itself was very tight on my foot. It was uncomfortably tight for my foot. I also did not like the feel of the heel when walking at home to test them out. For me, they were a bit clunky and the ankle strap not supportive enough. Still a very pretty shoe if it works for your feet.

love these; can’t wait for warm weather to wear them. buckles feel a little flimsy, but other than that they seem perfect.

These shoes are SO CUTE. But. The insole of these shoes is lined with off-white linen rather than a piece of leather or vinyl. They’re super cute, but that’s not going to look clean for long, I fear. The top strap also might eventually be comfortable, but out of the box I would say they were pretty uncomfortable, and there would be significant break in to get these to a point I could wear them. I can get cheap feeling materials and uncomfortable for way less than $100, despite the fact that they’re darling to look at.

The braided part of this sandal is not as thick or tight as some others I have tried. They don’t have a cushioned foot bed, but they are comfortable enough for spring events I am attending.

Loved these and found them to be pretty comfortable – but woke up with a massive bruise on the top of my foot so look out!

the loosest hole on the ankle strap was too tight, and I have thin ankles! very uncomfortable
