I have a moderate arch and a medium width, I also have small bunions. Dolce Vita shoes are made for those with narrow feet and small tiny toes and because of that I always order a half size up. I find all of their shoes to be uncomfortable when theres a strap going across the top of the foot (around the toe area). They need to make an elastic spacer for the strap that goes across the toes to allow more room for your toes (especially since feet swell). Dolce vita is the only brand that does not have that on these types of shoes.

Very cute! The heel is fabulous. Not too high, but high enough to wear with all pants.

These shoes are pretty uncomfortable and they are very tight. I have to use spray to loosen them and they still hurt me.
