Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging
- All tags and protective coverings must be intact
- A proof of purchase must be provided
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on sandals that have been tried on without protective footwear coverings. All other footwear categories (Boots, Flats, Heels, Loafers, Shoes, Sneakers & Athletic Shoes) are eligible for returns when conditions are met.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Prepaid return label (for US customers)
Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely package your items in the original box with all protective materials. Include the completed return form that came with your order. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items and process your request within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation when completed.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.
Exchange Policy
Prefer a different size or style? We’re happy to exchange your item within 15 days of receipt:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as applicable
- Follow the same return process indicating “Exchange” in your request
International Returns
For customers outside the US:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Customs fees and duties are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a free return and expedited replacement.
